How the Rankings Work The Elite 1% ORA™ Power Ranking The Elite 1% ORA™ Power Ranking is an annual ranking developed by J Turner Research based on a monthly online reputation research of over 101,000 apartments, across 19+ review sites and Internet Listing Services (ILSs). J Turner Research is an independent market research and online reputation management company exclusively serving the multifamily industry. To be included in the 2018 rankings, properties had to register a minimum ORA™ (Online Reputation Assessment) score of 89 and have at least 12 online reviews to be included in this ranking. For properties with the same ORA™ score, the property with the higher number of reviews ranked higher. The ORA™ score, based on a scale of 0–100, is an aggregate compilation of an apartment’s ratings across 19+ review sites and ILSs. StoneGate scored 94 and Renaissance Place scored 89. The national average score is 61.56. The ORA™ score serves as the industry standard to measure and benchmark a property’s or company’s online reputation. How to Find the Perfect Apartment Floor Plan

Finding the perfect apartment for you and your tastes, needs, and desires can seem like a stressful, overwhelming decision. But you can make the best decision for you, without the stress, by remembering a few important tips. Today the Luxury Apts WNY Blog is highlighting some things to remember as you go apartment searching. Start with our apartment communities right here in Western New York — we think you’ll love what you find. In fact, be sure to read the reviews and find out what our residents have to say. Tips for Finding the Perfect Apartment Floor Plan First, evaluate your current state. Having a frame of reference to go off of as you search for apartments is helpful because it can give you an idea of what to say no to and what’s worth indulging in. You’re obviously looking for some sort of change, so first find out if it’s appropriate for you by determining how many things and how much space you currently have. Take this time to go through your things and get rid of what you no longer love, want, or need. Start packing up and organizing (physically, on paper, or even just in your mind’s eye) your things according to where they might go in a future home so you can have an idea for where they’ll go once you unpack. Measure your furniture and get the footage of your current living space so you can know at a glance whether another apartment’s square footage is enough for you. Try out our virtual move in feature. You’ll find it in a tab with most of our floor plans. Write down your needs and wants. There’s more to finding the perfect apartment than just finding a spacious one. Write down what other factors are important to you and organize them according to which qualities are necessities and which are luxuries. Touring a home in person is important because it gives you the chance to see what it’s like in real time and have the chance to ask a leasing agent questions for answers you may not be able to get elsewhere. As you’re touring, walk through like you’d be living in the space. Does the flow of the layout feel natural? Do you like the lighting and would you be able to change it? Try these easy ways to be good to the earth and minimize your carbon footprint at any of our Western New York apartment communities! Recycle and reuse. Recycling and reusing are easy ways to ensure that you’re not adding extra trash to the country’s already overflowing landfills. Refresh yourself on what is recyclable and learn how the process works so you can be sure you’re doing it right. We encourage that you use your creativity when it comes to reusing! Ditch the plastic water bottles and plastic grocery bags and go for reusable ones. Fix items before throwing them out or find ways to repurpose them into something else you can use. These and other efforts can make a huge difference! Mind your water consumption. Every day, people waste water in all sorts of ways. Be aware of what you’re doing and what you’re wasting by looking for ways to cut back. Here are a few ideas: Take shorter showers. Turn off the spout when brushing your teeth. Submit work orders for any leaks you notice. Eliminate bad habits. Consider how your habits are affecting the environment. How much water, energy, and non-recyclable products do you use every day? How much of it do you actually need? Eliminate excess waste by making your own products. You can also work on making meals to match how much you’ll eat (sticking to specific serving sizes can help with this!).
