Snow is beautiful to watch from the window of your cozy apartment at as it gently wafts through the sky and covers the ground in a lovely white blanket — but when it piles up, it can cause safety issues, and it may not seem quite as enchanting!

 

Here at Luxury Apts WNY we take pride in providing excellent customer service for all in our apartment community. In the winter months this includes timely snow removal for our residents. We clear the sidewalks, plow the parking areas, and salt icy patches as a safety measure. We are also committed to offering reliable 24/7 emergency services year round, as well. In today’s post we will be offering some guidelines about our emergency services.

 

Guidelines for Requesting Emergency Maintenance Services

Our Luxury Apts WNY provide 24/7 emergency maintenance for our residents. In the case of an emergency, call the Leasing Office immediately (this includes after hours). Please note that the maintenance staff will only return to the community after office hours for emergency calls. In fairness to our maintenance staff, please use discretion when calling our answering service after hours. Unless it is an emergency, please wait until the office reopens to call in a service request.

 

Examples of Emergencies

— Any condition that might cause a fire

— Gas odors. Please leave your home immediately and contact the gas company or call 911.

— Broken windows or any condition that would jeopardize security

— Refrigeration failure

— No heat in winter

— No electricity

— No water

— Plumbing leaks or sewage issues that may damage personal items or apartment property
