We continue to monitor the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, actively following guidance and recommendations from the CDC and NYS while taking actions to keep our residents, future residents, and employees safe.
The crisis we are facing is rapidly changing. Our goal is to keep up and keep healthy. We have implemented heightened sanitizing procedures and policies across all of our communities. Our Leasing Offices are open during normal business hours for private in-person apartment tours of our beautiful model apartments. We also encourage you to visit our websites with real-time availability, virtual tours, extensive photo galleries, floor-plans, live chats and 24/7 phone calls at your disposal.

Fortunately, our technology through your Resident Portal will allow you access to your rental account, the Community Bulletin Board, and our Message Center, as well as giving you the ability to communicate with us. As a reminder, the leasing office phone number is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to speak with someone, even after business hours. If you have not set up your Resident Portal, it is important that you do, as we will be communicating updates through the Message Center.
Until further notice, in the interest of being proactive and minimizing the spread of the virus, our Community Room, Business Center, Bathrooms and Fitness Rooms will be closed. We look forward to resuming resident events in the following months, as we are committed to creating a welcoming place to call home. Your maintenance team will only be responding to emergency service requests.
The health and safety of everyone is important to us at LuxuryAptsWNY. We want to ask all residents and visitors of our communities to refrain from visiting the Leasing Office if you have been sick with a fever in the past 24 hours or experiencing any of the symptoms outlined by the CDC.
