When compared to a hotel for a temporary stay, we have a lot of advantages!

PRICE
The nightly cost of a hotel adds up when your stay is for 60 or more days. In addition, eating out can get costly! Having a full kitchen allows you to prepare your own meals, and keep your favorite food and drinks on hand.

COMFORT
Having a separate, private bedroom, as well as a living area to socialize in can make a big difference over a long period of time. Many of our apartments come with a full size washer and dryer, or have the option of adding a washer and dryer for a nominal cost. We have layouts that will not make it awkward for co-workers to share space, and apartments that a family can be comfortable in.

PRIVACY
Although daily maid service at a hotel is a luxury during a short stay, having a stranger enter your “home” on a daily basis can be disconcerting over a long period of time.  

EXTRA SERVICES
Most of our communities have additional amenities to help you relax, all at no additional cost to you: 24 hour fitness centers, Movie and Book lending library, Heated Pool, Toddler playground, Garages, Full time maintenance staff, knowledgeable and professional office staff, and more.

Living Room – Couch and either loveseat or chair, coffee table, end tabless, lamps, flat screen TV, DVD player
Dining Room –  Dining table and chairs

Options such as office furniture, or children’s furniture are available – just ask us!

HOUSEWARES PACKAGE
Kitchen – Dishes, glasses, flatware / Pots, pans, baking dishes, mixing bowls, cooking utensils, knife set, cutting board / Coffee maker, toaster, can opener / Hot pads, dishtowels, trash can and more!
Bathroom – Sets of towels, bathmat, rug, shower curtain, trash can
Bedroom – Sheet sets, blanket, bedspread, pillows, alarm clock, trash can

UTILITIES
Water – always included at all of our properties
Cable –  always included at all of our properties 
HS Internet Service – always included at all of our properties
Phone Service – Resident pays for (although we can provide an actual phone unit if requested)
Gas – Resident pays (unless you arrange for this to be included in your corporate package at an additional fee) A few apartment styles at our Green Lake property include gas at no additional fee
Electric - Resident pays (unless you arrange for this to be included in your corporate package at an additional fee)
